Anne Moller-Racke
Winegrower & Proprietor
A native of Oberwesel, Germany, Anne Moller-Racke came to California in 1981 and became vineyard manager for Buena Vista Carneros Winery in 1983. She was named director of vineyard operations in 1988 and was promoted to vice president of vineyard operations in 1997. During that time, Anne worked intensively with some of the industry’s foremost authorities, including Andre Tchelistcheff, Dr. Phil Freese and Dr. Paul Skinner. She helped establish what is now the Carneros Wine Alliance and brought recognition to Carneros as an American Viticultural Area (AVA).
In 1991, Anne purchased a Farmhouse property in southwest Sonoma that included a historical Victorian house, now her home, and a 9 acre parcel that she planted to vine the following year. As she continues to cultivate her home vineyard, Anne recognized the uniqueness of the site, which led to Blue Farm and it’s first estate vineyard, Anne Katherina.

Tim Mott
Proprietor
Tim is a successful serial entrepreneur and investor. Throughout the 70's, 80's and 90's he spent a lot of his time in Silicon Valley and just a little of his time in Sonoma Valley, but enough that he fell in love with the land, the people, and, of course, the wine.
Now he spends most of his time in Sonoma, where Anne planted and farms a small Pinot Noir vineyard, 1861, on his property there. Anne and he became friends and their friendship has grown into a business partnership, a quest, with Kenneth, to broaden what Blue Farm is today.
"I love Sonoma Pinots and Chardonnays and I love being involved in building something from the ground up, so for me Blue Farm is a complete endeavor: literally from the ground to the glass"
Tim is fortunate to count amongst his friends several who fell in love with Blue Farm as he had. Gary Borman, Michael Marks, Robert DeGennaro, Scott Harris and Susan Swig, all successful in their own right, have joined him in a commitment to work with Anne so that Blue Farm achieves its full potential.

Estate Director
Jessica, a California native, started her professional career as a classical ballet dancer. While taking a hiatus from the world of dance, she obtained both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degree of Arts (with an emphasis on International Environmental Policy and Conservation), traveled extensively across the globe, and then began to pursue a career in sales and hospitality management. Once introduced to the Napa and Sonoma Valleys nearly a decade ago, she fell in love with the two regions and simultaneously the wine. Jessica’s thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for learning put her working side by side some of the most talented people in the wine industry. Quickly, her first passion, dance, transformed into the passion she now feels for wine--an art form in itself.
